The Mouth walked into the Meeting room carrying notes, a letter, and the most up to date map of the region. Normally The Mouth would plan his next move all alone in his quarters but Khamul had just arrived from Mordor to join in the Northern Campaign and the Mouth wanted to know if the Wraith had any ideas. Plus since hearing about Khamul and his arrival the Mouth had a plan and a mission for Khamul to carry out.
Sitting down at the large table which consisted of Nine Chairs and One Throne. The Throne was meant for Sauron for when he occupied this Fortress and the Nine Chairs were for the Nazgul. The Mouth chose to sit in a chair for only person that sits on the Throne was his Lord Sauron. Looking around The Mouth saw that Khamul hadn't arrived yet. He turned back to his documents and went over them again. He had many ideas on how to go about the destruction of Lothlorien and it's inhabitants. The Mouth looked around once again. There were 6 Uruk-Hai guards in the room, and the room itself was made out of metal it was black and had spikes coming out of the walls everywhere. A magnificent atmosphere the place looked damn good.
After looking around the room The Mouth put down his notes and waited for Khamul to arrive so that he could begin the next step of manipulating the Northern factions to the will of Sauron.

If it could be said of an already dark room, a darkness rose into the air choking any that were not allied with the Dark Lord as into the room a Nazgûl strode. Khamûl would have been silent were it not for the armour beneath his black robes. He wore his hood, an undistinct Nazgûl, one of the Nine, not until the war began would he appear sporting his kingly armour that made him distinct and vivid, seperating him from his peers.
Were the Mouth not the Lieutenant of Barad-dûr he would have crumbled under the fearsome presence of one of the Nine, the Uruk guards shuddered for not even the servants of the Dark one could be hidden from direct exposure to the terror, it was a deadly gift of the Nazgûl. Khamûl stopped his stride five paces from the seat occupied by the Mouth and his shrill ghastly voice was heard tearing at the very fabric of space between mortal ears.
"What does his Lordship command?"

The Mouth watched the Wraith make his way into the room and his presence be known. His guards shuddered by the cold presence given off by the Nazgul. The Mouth looked at the Black Robes he was familiar with the sight of them. "Khamul. Take a seat, I have plans to discuss with you, and a task that you must embark upon to help bring the fires of Mordor to Lothlorien and it's people." The Mouth spoke to Khamul with that deep denomic voice. The Mouth turned to his Uruk guards "Close all the doors so we can begin this meeting." The Mouth wanted no chance for an enemy to be able to listen in.
The Mouth then moitioned for Khamul to sit down at the seat across the table from him and began to speak. "I have looked closely at the map of the Rhovanion and Lothlorien sits right inbetween the Misty Mountains and the Anduin River. To the South is a gap of land where a large army can occupy. And to the North there are fields where the forest ends. Let us use their powers of foresight against them." The Mouth smiled he loved nothing more than using his enemies to help The Mouth's plans. Either through corruption, or the advantages his enemies had over him. And in this case The Mirror of Galadriel was Lothlorien's power of foresight. An item that must be destroyed if Mordor was to conquer the North.
"Khamul have you brought your horse with you to Dol Guldur? After we are done with the meeting I would need you to ride out to the Misty Mountains."

Khamûl declined the offer to be seated and instead stood near to his chair, he only sat when in meeting with the Dark Lord for in his duty there was no allowed rest, not that he could rest. The wraith stood with his fists in his sleeves and head slightly bowed as he listed to the Mouth of Sauron.
In response to his question Khamûl voiced tore again, "I have a horse at the gate, and...a new gift from the master. The master granted me a new steed following the incident with Baggins, a winged beast." Khamûl had this beast only a few days, it had followed him to Dol Guldur and as all of the Nine it has been trained to answer his call by the Dark Lord.
"What do you have in mind?"

The Mouth smirked "My plan is to March our main force down south and surround the forest of Golden Wood from the South. You will take to the River Anduin with Corsairs and Orcs. And if all goes right The Goblins will surround the North and the East. But to get the untrusting Goblins to do so will take some work. Unfortunatly we do not know their main base in the Misty Mountains in order to contact them and Moria is a place I would rather not go to until Lothlorien is gone. This is your task. I want you to ride for the Misty Mountains under the cover of night, take an Orc servant with you and a bag of meats, and this letter." The Mouth took a rolled up letter from his pile of parchment and handed it to Khamul. "The Goblins must have a leader for they have organized large raids on Mirkwood and Lothlorien and anyone near the Misty Mountains. You job is to ride out to somewhere in the Mountains and kill the Orc which you will give the letter to. You will also leave the bag of meat near him. The smell of the Corpse and the meat should be able to attract their attention. You may run into wolves, kill them to make sure that the goblins find the body. Also one more thing." The Mouth took something out from under his robe. "Stab the Orc in the back with this Elven Arrow it may help the scene. The letter contains information on our attack on Lothlorien the date where we attack from and also a proposal for the Goblins to join us, if the Goblins do have a leader they will surely organize a force to attack from the North of Lothlorien. If this all works out Lothlorien will be completely surrounded. And if the Elves foresee this attack they will gather their forces and split them up to cover the four sides or retreat to their city within the woods. Do you have anything to add to this?"

Khamûl received the piece of parchment and looked down on it with his invisible eyes, there was a lot of things the Nazgûl were great for, but displomacy wasn't one of them.
"I am no diplomat, you are entrusted constantly with these kinds of missions, would the Lord not rather you be entrusted with these kind of tasks?"
The Nazgûl then said with a subtle hint of thought, "I can feel it...the ring is moving closer...
Shrugging off the feeling the Nazgûl continued getting back on track, "This is delicate work, I don't do delicate work. I can see this mission done but only as an escort. I don't have the patience nor the time for dealing with petty goblins. I can escort you, you have proven valuable to our lord on numerous occasions in this area of business and I would see it done if it is the will of the master."
Then jumping to another topic the Nazgûl continued leaving no room for a reply from the Mouth. "You speak of the Elves, but what of the Dwarves?"
Khamûl's mind drifted to slaughter speaking of Elves and Dwarves...the war, oh how he longed to maim, kill and burn once more, he had not seen battle since the assault on Minas Ithil...

The Mouth frowned when was diplomacy ever part of that task. All he asked was that an Orc was slaughtered and Wolves to be put down and then the body be left for the Goblins to find. But it was delicate work. The Mouth needed the Goblins to decide to march for Lothlorien on their own accord if the Mouth asked them it would probably end in failure. The Goblins were untrusting and only come out from their Caves to get food and to raid. The Mouth had settled most matters in Dol Guldur so basically the principal applied here. If you want something done do it yourself. The Mouth turned to the Wraith he had a another idea for him. "I'll give you something less delicate then. Fly to Mordor and gather an army of around 10,000 Orcs. They will be your army for when you cross the river Anduin. I was going to do this myself but you can reach Mordor faster with your Fellbeast. Get this done." The Mouth began to turn back to his his papers but he remembered the question about the Dwarves so he turned to face Khamul again. "On the matter about the Dwarves, the Dwarves will most likely keep to themselves unless they see a threat to their way of life. They have bad blood with the Elves in this region I would like to keep it that way until the Elves are dead and their forests burned. To fight with the Dwarven Heavy Troops who use Conventional Warefare and the Elves who use more Unconventional methods of War we will be at a disadvantage and going on the Offensive will prove more difficult. For now our biggest threat are the Elves especcially those in Lothlorien. Don't worry they'll be plenty of slaughter to keep you occupied. Anymore questions?" The Mouth looked at Khamul and waited for a response. If none then this meeting would be finished and he would ride for the Misty Mountains.

Khamûl bowed his head in a slight nod, he had respect enough to show that much courtesy to the Mouth of Sauron. He spoke again with advice, "I have heard that Mount Gundaband in the far north this side of the mountains was the last known stronghold of the goblins, but our lord has been interested in Moria as of late, a power greater than an army of goblins inhabits those caverns."
"I shall depart immediately."
Then with a gutteral hate and underlining promise Khamûl stated as he turned to leave, "My return shall herald the doom of Lothlorien."
With that he left the Mouth and flew to Mordor atop his fell beast, the war would soon begin.

The Mouth of Sauron thought about the information given to him by Khamul just before he left. Mount Gundabad was far to the North and would be a couple days ride if he didn't stop. Plus he didn't know for sure if there were Goblins there. He didn't know if there was a Goblin King anymore. He then considered the Mines of Moria. At least he knew that there were Goblins there and whatever else that lurked there as well. But The Mouth wanted to avoid the Mines of Moria. It was a place that he did not know and he didn't want to go there unless he had an army at his back. And no army of Mordor can reach the mines before destroying Lothlorien. Not only that but the Goblins would in no way trust his word that is why they would find the body of the Orc with the letter they would have to decide to attack or not. But it would be the perfect opportunity to destroy the Elves of Lothlorien their enemies.
After considering it greatly he decided that the Mines of Moria was too risky. Even though it would be a Long ride to Mount Gundabad it was a journey for his Lord Sauron and the destruction of the Elves. The Mouth got up from his chair and put back his notes into his quarters except for the letter he made and the arrow.
Reaching the gates of Dol Guldur he had his horse ready. Black and bred for strength and stamina The Mouth removed all armor to keep his horse as light as possible. The Mouth had an Orc riding with him The Mouth had one piece of bread and meat and a small cantine of water. One meal was enough to get there.
