Men
The human-folk of Middle-Earth, mortal and make up the majority of the Free Peoples. The Men of Middle-Earth are known best for their leadership and ability to work alongside other races, however they're known also for their greed and treachery. Men are taller than most races and are masters of sword combat.
Men: Gondor(Good),Rohan(Good),Bree, Dale (Good)(Neutral),Khand (Evil),Rhun (Evil),Umbar (Evil)
Elves
The tallest folk of Middle-earth, peaceful yet masters of hunting and marksmenship. Elves are among the the first inhabitants of Middle-earth and are amongst the strongest. They're immortal, and can only die in combat or by physical means.
Elves: Lorien(Good), Rivendell(Good), Lindon(Good), Mirkwood(Good)
Dwarves
A small but proud folk, uninterested in very little other than mining; the Dwarves live isolated; masters of both smithing are war, to underestimate these short men would be a huge mistake. Dwarves are by far military masters of melee combat, as well as being master architects.
Dwarves: Misty Mountains(Good), Erebor (Good)
Hobbits
Halflings, the shortest of beings in Middle-earth. A peaceful isolated race protected by the Men of the North. They excell in domestic skills and lack strength; however Hobbits are well known for their bravery, stealth and loyalty.
Hobbits: Shire(Good), Bree(Good)
Ents
The huge tree-folk of Fangorn Forest; slow talking Shepherds of the Forest. Little is known about them, though they rarely show hostility unless their Forests are threatened.

Trolls
The largest of races, the trolls, or Olog-hai huge beasts with very little brains able to tear a human man limb from limb within seconds. The trolls are very primitive and very few can speak, at least not in common tongue. Usually manipulated by Orcs or Goblins the Trolls are forced to do their bidding as huge juggernaughts of battle.
Trolls: Mordor(Evil), Moria(Evil)
Goblins
The smaller breed of Orcs who inhabit the Misty Mountains, smart but weaker versions of the typical breed of Orcs - with the excellent ability to climb almost anything. Goblins however, like Trolls dislike the sunlight and stick to the deep depths of the land.
Goblins: Moria(Evil), Misty Mountains(Evil)
Uruk-hai
The deadly breed of Orcs, made purely for killing. Fierce brutes atheletically capable of marching hundreds of miles before requiring to eat of rest; for a sole reason - the destroy the Age of Men.
Uruk-hai: Isengard(Evil), Mordor(Evil)
Dragons/Eagles
The rare airbourne races, very few exist - however they are deadly beasts able of striking fear into the most formidable of enemies.

Spawn of Ungoliant
Spiders to have descended to the Servant of Melkor himself, they range in size and deadliness; each unique in their own way. Usually bound by their will towards the Dark Lord.
